Koby Anderson is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, holding a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology. Koby’s practice is designed for individuals 18 years and older who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, and the internal pressures of perfectionism. He works with you when you find yourself “stuck” and caught between the paralyzing effects of overthinking or procrastination.

By integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Koby provides you with practical tools to challenge negative thoughts, lift your mood, and break through cycles of procrastination or unproductive habits. To ensure these tools lead to lasting change, Koby utilizes an existential framework to help you explore your values and reconnect with your sense of purpose. This allows you to not only manage the “how” of your daily life but also the “why,” helping you bridge the gap between your current experience and the person you want to be.

Koby’s clinical expertise is supported by a strong foundation in research. As an author of over 11 scientific publications, he ensures that his practice remains grounded in high-quality, evidence-based methodology. This commitment to rigor allows him to offer a warm and highly capable presence for you as you face significant psychological struggles or complex life transitions.

His style is calm, collaborative, and focused on results. Koby creates a space where you can explore your experience without judgment while working toward practical changes that align with your values. By combining evidence-based techniques with a focus on finding your purpose, Koby’s goal is to move beyond merely managing symptoms, helping you build resilience and live an authentic life that aligns with your vision for the future.
